AO Alliance fellowship program

The AOA Fellowship Program offers orthopedic surgeons, general surgeons as well as Operating Room Personnel (ORP) the chance to increase their knowledge in improving fracture care for patients referring to operative and non-operative fracture treatment techniques including indications, planning, techniques, and pitfalls of osteosynthesis.

AO Alliance Fellowships bridge the surgical care gap in low- and middle-income countries by training outstanding surgeons who become multipliers in their communities. Each fellow returns with skills, networks, and tools to teach the next generation. Our fellowships are fully funded, structured around clinical excellence, and embedded within a global faculty network spanning more than 45 countries.
