ORP fellowship application process: Asia

AO Alliance offers a 4-weeks fellowship to operating room personnel (ORP). It aims at increasing professional nursing knowledge in improving fracture care for patients referring to operative and non-operative fracture treatment including indications, planning, pitfalls and complications of osteosynthesis.

In one of the AO Alliance host centers in Bangladesh, India, Nepal or Thailand.

• Keenness to enhance knowledge in orthopedic fracture care
• Graduation from a training program in nursing and current working position in the operation room
• Previous participation in an AO Alliance educational event
• Good knowledge of English

AO Alliance offers a fixed stipend and traveling expenses support
